Reviews only work if you can trust them. These rules apply to every vendor, on every tier, forever.
We invite every client
Every verified client is invited automatically, so vendors can't choose who reviews them.
Vendors can reply, never remove
Vendors can post one public reply per review stage. They can't edit, hide, reorder or delete reviews.
No paid or incentivised reviews
We never accept payment for reviews, and couples aren't rewarded for leaving them.
Money never changes ratings
Verification is free. Any paid feature in future will be labelled “Sponsored” and will never change ratings, reviews or Best match ranking.
